Billing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, for as long as you like, with no card needed. Optimising, cutting mode, edge banding totals and the PDF preview are all free.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown here in US dollars. At checkout you see and pay the price for your country, in your currency where it is available, including South African rand. Sales tax or VAT is worked out at checkout.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Pro is $5 a month, or $48 a year: 20% less than twelve monthly payments.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing renews after that, and you move back to the free plan.
What happens to my projects if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your projects stay, and you can still open and edit them. You can only add new synced projects while you have fewer than 3.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If Pro is not for you, ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment. See the refund policy for the details.
